Are your security guards licensed?
Yes. Our professional security guards are licensed by the New York State Department of State.
Do you offer one-time and longer-term coverage?
Yes. Clients may request one-time event coverage, scheduled assignments or longer security contracts.
How soon will I receive a response?
Proposal requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday. Requests sent after 5 p.m. Friday or during the weekend receive a quote on Monday.
What information should I include with a quote request?
Include the service location, requested service, estimated start date, schedule, estimated number of guards and any relevant site or operational details.
How is armed or unarmed coverage recommended?
The appropriate coverage depends on the location, access points, operating hours, level of risk and desired security presence. Our team reviews those details before recommending the next step.
Are uniformed and plainclothes options available?
Coverage may include uniformed or plainclothes personnel depending on the assignment and client requirements.
Do you provide investigations and background checks?
Yes. Private investigation and background screening services are available and handled with professional confidentiality.
